Use this guide to make an easy salad. A salad is an excellent way to get more vegetables and nutrients into your diet. There is no doubt that eating a large salad packed with various nutritious foods every day would hugely benefit every one of us.

Eating more vegetables is a great way to improve body composition, improve general health and increase resistance to illness.

Example.

Step 1: Choose your greens, two cups sizes. Spinach.

Step 2: Choose your vegetables. Two cups altogether. One cup of grated carrot and one cup of chopped beetroot.

Step 3: Choose your protein. One cup of chopped cooked chicken.

Step 4: Choose an extra. Spoon of pumpkin seeds and some chopped strawberries.

Step 5: Dressing. 1/2 a lemon and 2 tablespoon of olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Feel free to create your own combinations.
