What is Eat Drink Sleep GAA all about?
Eat Drink Sleep GAA was set up to provide top class, up to date and relevent nutritional and lifestyle information for all GAA players.
It is a resource that strives to provide simple yet applicable information that can be can be used by a range of players whether they are diet novices or county stars hoping for fractional gains.

Who created it?
Set up by Philip Howard. Philip is a primary school teacher from Bornacoola in County Leitrim. He is currently based in St Paul's CBS in Dublin. Philip has always held a strong passion for the GAA. He plays football with his home club Bornacoola and has represented his county over the years at all levels.

Growing up, Philip had a constant desire to maximise his own performance on the pitch. This led him to explore how nutrition, gym work and lifestyle factors could help improve his own game.

Philip achieved a Diploma ISSN and became certified with the International Society of Sports Nutrition in 2016. He also holds a Certificate in Exercise and Fitness Health, EQF Level 4 Personal Training, Precision Nutrition Cert.
He has been training clients for many years in his bootcamp classes and provided nutritional assistance to the Dublin minor footballers in 2016 and is providing consultancy to many teams such as Leitrim minor footballers, Leitrim Ladies and Ballymun Kickhams senior football team in 2017.
